Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Gallart service at https://gall.art and contracts for art prints and related products.

1. Definitions

• Service – the Gallart platform for browsing the gallery, configuring prints and placing orders.
• Customer – a natural or legal person placing an order.
• Seller – Marlena Koleśnik, trading as Gallart / gall.art (NIP: 6842426139, REGON: 180556930, ul. Kazimierza Pużaka 51D, 38-400 Krosno, Poland).
• Product – a print (poster, canvas, PVC, etc.) or related service offered in the Service.

2. General

Using the Service means accepting these terms. Gallery and creator boutique content presents the offer; sale conditions follow the product configuration in the cart and order confirmation.

3. Orders and contract

1. The Customer selects an artwork, format, medium and optional framing, then places an order in the cart.
2. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order (including after successful payment authorisation when prepaid).
3. Prices are gross in PLN unless stated otherwise. Delivery cost is shown before checkout completes.

4. Payment and fulfilment

Payments use the methods offered in the Service (including online payments). Fulfilment time depends on configuration and production load; indicative timing is shown during checkout or in the confirmation.

5. Delivery

Shipments go to the address provided by the Customer. Please inspect the parcel on delivery and report damage to the carrier and to zamowienia@gallart.ovh.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within the statutory period, subject to legal exceptions — in particular where the item is non-prefabricated and made to the consumer’s specifications (personalised print).

7. Complaints

Complaints about Product defects or fulfilment should be sent to zamowienia@gallart.ovh with the order number and a description. We handle them without undue delay within statutory deadlines.

8. Intellectual property

Service content, marks and creators’ works are protected. Copying or using materials beyond permitted use without authorisation is prohibited. Buying a print does not transfer copyright unless agreed otherwise.

9. Liability

We strive for accurate information and previews; screen colours may differ from the print. We are not liable for Service interruptions beyond our control or for user content beyond our legal duties.

10. Final provisions

Matters not covered are governed by Polish law and EU consumer protection rules. Terms may be updated; the version published when the order is placed applies.

Business model

Gallart sells physical wall-art prints (poster, canvas and related). Printing and fulfilment are done in-house in Krosno. The gallery includes works by creators and gall.art digital ateliers. Purchases are for physical prints — not digital downloads — unless an offer states otherwise.

Digital atelier

Some works in the gallery are created in the gall.art digital atelier with generative artificial intelligence; those works are labelled on the product page. Collection line names are not the names of natural persons. Customer-support chat is handled by an assistant based on artificial intelligence.
